Hey OG,
We totally get it — sometimes plans change. While we hope you never have to cancel, if you do, we’ve got your back (up to a point!).

Once your order is dispatched, it’s locked in and can’t be canceled.
Also, any gift cards or vouchers are for one-time use only — once applied, they're considered used even if the order gets canceled.

We put our heart (and nose) into every product — clean formulas, luxe ingredients, and solid craftsmanship. But if something’s off, we’re here to make it right.

💡 Important to know:

• Don’t accept damaged or tampered packages. If it looks sus, say no. We won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement if the issue isn't flagged at delivery.

• Want to return or request a refund?
  Drop us a reason plus an unboxing video as proof — within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will check it out and get back to you fast.
  

• Only orders made directly from our site (houseoforiginals.in) with valid proof of purchase are eligible for return or refund.

• Got your product from a third-party retailer?
  You’ll need to go through their return policy. Most are chill if you have the bill and the product is untouched — but always check with them first.
